About

Your second brain for travel.

Gate36 started from a simple frustration: every trip lives across email, notes, screenshots, maps, and spreadsheets — and none of them talk to each other.

Why we built it

Planning a trip should feel calm, not like project management. But the moment you book a flight, your trip scatters — a confirmation in Gmail, a hotel screenshot in your camera roll, a budget in a spreadsheet, a list of cafés in Notes. By the time you land, half of it is lost.

Gate36 pulls every fragment into one connected trip. Forward a booking and it's parsed into a clean card. Build a realistic, budget-aware plan in a click. Track what you spend in both currencies. See your whole journey on a map. Then relive it after you're home.

What it does

Import bookings by forwarding confirmation emails — flights, hotels, trains, and tours become structured travel cards. Build a plan shaped by your dates, destination, style, and budget. Track money in home and travel currency. Map your places and turn the trip into a recap when it ends.

Where we are

Gate36 is in private beta and free while we build. We're focused on making the core loop — import, plan, track, remember — genuinely effortless before we add more.
