Terms of Service

Gate36 is a travel planning tool that helps you import bookings, build itineraries, track budgets, map your trips, and keep travel documents in one place. It is currently in private beta and provided free of charge while we develop it.

Because Gate36 is in beta, features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided “as is” without warranties. Please don't rely on it as the sole record of critical travel information — keep your original confirmations.

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Gate36.

Don't misuse the service: no attempting to breach security or access other users' data, no automated scraping or abuse, no uploading unlawful content, and no using Gate36 to violate anyone's rights.

You keep ownership of the trips, documents, and other content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that content to provide the service (for example, parsing a forwarded booking into a structured card). See our Privacy Policy for details.

Gate36 uses AI to suggest itineraries and to parse bookings. These outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Always verify important details — times, dates, prices, addresses, and booking references — against your official confirmations before relying on them.

Gate36 organizes information about bookings you make elsewhere; we are not a travel agency and don't sell flights, hotels, or tours. Your arrangements remain between you and the relevant provider.

You can stop using Gate36 and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if we discontinue the service.

To the extent permitted by law, Gate36 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel disruptions arising from reliance on the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (which, during the free beta, is zero).
